Add your company logo to the cookie consent banner for a fully branded experience. The logo appears in the banner header, the preferences modal, and the cookie wall (if enabled). This feature is available on Pro plans and above.
Pro Feature: Custom logo requires a Pro, Business, or higher plan. Upgrade from the Account & Billing page.
Adding Your Logo
In the Banner Editor, go to the Design tab and find the Custom Logo section. Enter the full URL to your logo image. The logo must be hosted on a publicly accessible URL (HTTPS recommended).
Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF. SVG files are also supported. For best results, use a transparent PNG with your logo on a transparent background.
Size and Styling
Two sliders let you fine-tune the logo appearance:
- Max width - controls the maximum width of the logo, from 40px to 100px. The logo maintains its aspect ratio within this constraint.
- Border radius - rounds the corners of the logo from 0px (sharp) to 50px (fully circular for square logos). Useful if your logo is in a square container and you want a rounded or circular look.
The live preview updates instantly as you drag either slider.
Where the Logo Appears
The custom logo is displayed in three locations within the banner:
- Main banner - in the header area, next to the banner title.
- Preferences modal - at the top of the detailed cookie preferences panel.
- Cookie wall - if you have a cookie wall enabled, the logo appears in the wall header.
Revisit Button
The revisit button (the small floating icon that lets visitors re-open the banner after making a choice) always displays the default cookie icon, regardless of your custom logo setting. This is by design - the revisit button is kept compact and recognisable.
What Happens on Plan Downgrade
If you downgrade to a plan that does not include the custom logo feature, the logo is removed from the live banner but your logo URL is preserved in the database. If you upgrade again later, the logo will reappear without needing to re-enter the URL.
Tip: For the sharpest display on high-DPI (Retina) screens, use a logo image that is at least twice the pixel width of your chosen max width setting.
