Terms of Service (ToS) define the rules and conditions for using your website or application. While not always legally required, they are considered best practice for any online service. Kukie.io's terms of service generator follows the same wizard flow as the other legal document generators.
Wizard Questions
The terms of service wizard asks about:

- User accounts - whether users create accounts, age restrictions, account termination rules.
- Intellectual property - who owns the content on your site, user-generated content policies.
- Acceptable use - prohibited activities, content restrictions.
- Liability limitations - disclaimers and limitation of liability clauses.
- Governing law - which jurisdiction's laws apply.
- Dispute resolution - mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings.
Publishing and Embedding
