Available on the Agency plan

This feature is included in the Agency plan and the plans above it. See pricing

Add Kukie.io to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server, which ChatGPT calls a plugin, then ask ChatGPT about your sites. ChatGPT signs in to Kukie.io with OAuth; it does not use AI keys.

The AI Connector is included on the Agency and Unlimited plans. See the pricing page for what each plan includes. On ChatGPT's side, custom MCP servers depend on your ChatGPT plan, and in a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace an admin may need to allow them first. OpenAI's help article on custom MCP servers lists the plans.

Before you start

In a workspace, ask an admin to allow the Create plugins with MCPs permission for you.

Add Kukie.io to ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com/plugins, select the plus button and then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Enter a name, such as Kukie.io, and paste the MCP server address as the server URL: https://app.kukie.io/mcp
  3. Choose OAuth as the authentication.
  4. Select I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
  5. Install the plugin and connect it. When ChatGPT opens Kukie.io, choose the organisation, the sites and the access, and select Allow access.

Check it worked

In a new chat, ask "Which of my Kukie.io sites need attention?". Before ChatGPT uses a tool that changes something, it asks you to confirm, unless you set it to approve tools on its own.

If the change tools or new Kukie.io tools do not appear

ChatGPT keeps the list of tools it read when the plugin was added or last refreshed. If you first connected with Read only, that list has no change tools. After you connect again with Read and make changes, or when Kukie.io adds a tool, open the plugin and select Refresh. In a workspace, an admin may need to review the change.

If ChatGPT says the connection has expired

Kukie.io keeps one ChatGPT connection for each Kukie.io account. Connecting ChatGPT again, for example to choose another organisation or to allow changes, ends the earlier connection, and ChatGPT may keep the earlier account and report that it has expired. To remove it, open Settings in ChatGPT, then Apps or Plugins, and select Kukie.io. Under Connected accounts, open the menu next to the old account and choose Disconnect. The newer account keeps working.
