Connect Claude

Agency plan

Last updated

Available on the Agency plan

This feature is included in the Agency plan and the plans above it. See pricing

Add Kukie.io to Claude as a custom connector, then ask Claude about your sites in any chat. A connector you add on claude.ai or in Claude Desktop also works in the Claude mobile apps.

The AI Connector is included on the Agency and Unlimited plans. See the pricing page for what each plan includes. On Claude's side, custom connectors work on Claude's own Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans, and the Free plan allows one custom connector (Claude's help page, checked 20 October 2026).

Add it on a Claude Free, Pro or Max plan

  1. On claude.ai or in Claude Desktop, open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Select Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Enter a name, such as Kukie.io, and paste the MCP server address: https://app.kukie.io/mcp
  4. Select Continue, check the sign-in settings Claude found, and select Continue again.
  5. Under Authentication, choose Sign in now. Under OAuth client, choose Register automatically: Kukie.io does not offer Claude's published identity yet. Then select Add.
  6. When Claude opens Kukie.io, choose the organisation, the sites and the access, and select Allow access. The steps on that screen are in Connect an AI app to Kukie.io.

Add it in a Team or Enterprise organisation

  1. An Owner or Primary Owner of your Claude organisation (on Enterprise, also someone with a custom role that includes Manage access to Libraries) opens Organization settings, then Connectors, selects Add, chooses Custom and then Web, and adds the MCP server address with the same sign-in choices as above.
  2. Each member then opens Customize, then Connectors, finds Kukie.io and selects Connect.
  3. Each member signs in to Kukie.io with their own account, so Claude reaches only what that person can open in Kukie.io.

Important: do not put an AI key in the connector's request headers in a shared Claude organisation. Every member would then act as the person who created the key. Let each member sign in instead.

Check it worked

In a new chat, ask "Which of my Kukie.io sites need attention?". Claude shows that it is using the connector and answers with your sites. If you allowed changes, Claude asks you before it uses a change tool, unless you chose Allow always for that tool, or use Research, where Claude can use connector tools without asking. Keep a connection you use for Research on read-only access.

If Claude says the connection stopped working

The connection ends when you change your Kukie.io password, turn off two-factor authentication, leave the organisation, or when someone disconnects it. In Customize, then Connectors, select Kukie.io and connect it again.
